This is often my go-to breakfast if I want something filling, yet vegan and
1-2tbsp Hemp seeds
1-2tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1-2tbsp Sunflower seeds
1tbsp Flax seed
1tbsp Sesame seeds
1tsp Bee Pollen
1Hf Berries (handful)
Add to a bowl and mix, could not be easier.
Serve with your own home-made nut milk or buy one that only contains nuts, water and touch of salt.
