Another nutrient packed breakfast, this time a green smoothie bowl. This is a great start to the day whether pre workout or just to set you up for the day.
Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 Cucumber 1/2 Small organic green banana with skin 1/4 Frozen peach 1 Large handful of kale 1/4 Organic lemon with skin 1tbsp Flaxseed 1/2-1 inch ginger 1-2tsp Maca 1tbsp Pea protein powder 1tbsp Collagen powder Water to preferred consistency
Optional Toppings
- Pumpkin/sunflower/chia seeds
- Small handful of nuts
- Raw cacao nibs
- Bee pollen (if not vegan)
Method
1. Blend blend blend and finish off with your favourite topping!
