GREENS!

Another nutrient packed breakfast, this time a green smoothie bowl. This is a great start to the day whether pre workout or just to set you up for the day.

GREEN SMOOTHIE

1/4 cucumber 1/2 small organic green banana with skin 1/4 frozen peach 1 Large handful of kale 1/4 organic lemon with skin 1tbsp flaxseed 1/2-1 inch ginger 1-2tsp Maca 1tbsp pea protein powder 1tbsp collagen powder Water to preferred consistency

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

- Pumpkin/sunflower/chia seeds

- Small handful of nuts

- Raw cacao nibs

- Bee pollen (if not vegan) 1. Blend blend blend and finish off with your favourite topping!
