NO TIME FOR BREAKFAST? SURE YOU HAVE!

Breakfast does not have to take long.

I sometimes get clients who say they do not have time to make breakfast in the morning. Breakfast does not have to take long, it could literally be prepped the night before in the form of a smoothie in less than 5 minutes. A smoothie can be a quick and convenient way of getting nutrients into your body despite being time poor.

BREAKFAST BANANA SMOOTHIE

3/4 Organic unwaxed lemon (I like my smoothies sharp, you may prefer less

1/2 Frozen green organic banana with the skin

1/2-1inch Ginger

Hf Kale (handful)

1tbsp Flaxseed

1tbsp Pumpkin seeds

2tbsp Pea protein powder and 1/2

1/2 cup Almond milk

1/2 cup Water, maybe more

  1. Blend blend blend and enjoy!
