BEET MACA ENERGY BOMB

Did you know Beetroot is one of the best foods to have pre-workout?

It contains nitrates which are converted to nitric acid in our bodies. Nitric oxide helps expand the blood vessels to our vital organs so more oxygen reaches our lungs and heart which may increase our exercise capability. This smoothie provides plenty of electrolytes, antioxidants and energy for a great training session as well as protein for muscle recovery post exercise.

BEET MACA SMOOTHIE

1/3 Cucumber

1/2 Organic unwaxed lemon

1 Large kale leaf

1tbsp Pea protein powder

1 -2 Small raw beetroots

1tbsp Desiccated coconut

1-2tsp Maca
